Wild Wild Rice Loaf

Whole buckwheat

Cumin

Fresh parsley; chopped

Mushrooms; chopped

Celery; chopped

Medium onions; chopped

Vegetable stock

c
Water; seasoned with salt
1/2
c
Wild rice; raw
1/2
c
Brown rice; raw
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Bring buckwheat, rice, and wild rice to a boil in 4 cups of water seasoned with salt.
Cover and simmer about an hour.
Add more water, if necessary.
Saute onion, celery, and mushrooms in vegetable stock until tender.
Combine all ingredients including parsley and cumin.
Pour into a non-stick loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
