Watercress Finger Sandwiches
Ingredients:

White bread

Bunch watercress

Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
Method:
Trim crust off bread, then butter each slice.
Wash watercress, then chop very fine.
Add mayonnaise and seasoning to watercress; mix thoroughly.
Spread watercress mixture on two slices of the bread, and top with remaining slices.
Cut sandwiches in half, serve garnished with watercress.
