-tomatoes

Fresh tomatoes; peeled and
-cut into 1/8" to 1/4" thick
-slices

Fresh basil leaves; coarsely
-chopped
Method:
Drain sun-dried tomatoes.
Pat dry, then mince.
Layer fresh tomatoes on platter with sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
Serve at room temperature.
