Tabbouli Salad

Bulgur wheat, uncooked

Green onions & tops, minced

Mint, dry crumbled

Mint, fresh chopped or,

Parsley, chopped

Pepper

ts
Salt

c
Lemon juice
1/3
c
Vegetable oil

c
Boiling water
2
Tomatoes, chopped
Method:
Pour boiling water over wheat in a bowl.
Let stand one hour.
Drain well and return to bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Chill at least two hours.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
