Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

Lrg.idaho baking potatoes
4
tb
Sour cream
2
tb
Chopped chives
7
tb
Grated swiss cheese or
American cheese
Paprika
Method:
Bake potatoes at 350 for 1 hour, or until thoroughly done.
Cut each potato in half vertically.
Remove potatoes from skin, being careful not to damage the skin.
Place potatoes in bowl with sour cream and mash.
Add chopped chives and 3 tbs.
of cheese and paprika.
Brown under broiler until cheese melts.
Serve.
