Sesame Pea Pods

Ingredients:


1/2 Pound chinese pea pods
1 tb Sesame oil
1 md Red or yellow bell pepper,
Cut into thin strips
1 tb Sesame seed

Method:


Prepare pea pods as directed.
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Add bell pepper and sesame seed.
Saute about 2 minutes or until pepper is crisp-tender.
Add pea pods.
Saute about 2 minutes or until hot.
6 SERVINGS (ABOUT 2/3 CUP EACH); 65 CALORIES PER SERVING.
