Sauteed Mushrooms

Ghee

Lemon juice

Cayenne

Cumin seeds

Button mushrooms, sliced
Method:
Melt ghee in a skillet overl ow heat.
Add lemon juice, cayenne & cumin seeds.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add mushrooms & saute for 4 to 6 minutes.
