Potatoes And Sausage

Apple, cored and chopped

Method:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; cook sausage until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Remove sausage and set aside.
Add potatoes, onion, and caraway seed to skillet; toss lightly to coat with oil.
Cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
Add apple, parsely, salt, pepper, and cooked sausage.
Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes longer, turning mixture carefully, until heated through.
