Pickled Pigs' Feet

Serves:

Ingredients:


4 ea Pigs' feet
1 ea Onion
6 ea Cloves
1 T Salt
3 c Vinegar
12 ea Peppercorns, black
1 ea Bay leaf

Method:


Split the pigs' feet, scrub thoroughly and cover with cold water.
Add the vinegar and bring to a boil.
Skim off the top.
Add seasonings and boil slowly for 2 hours.
Cool in liquid and serve cold.
