Papaya Cucumber Salsa

Finely diced English
-cucumber, unpeeled

Diced peeled papaya or mango

Chopped fresh dill

White wine vinegar or lime
-juice
Method:
pepper In bowl, combine cucumber, papaya, dill and vinegar.
Season with pepper to taste.
Salsa can be prepared up to one day in advance; drain liquid off before serving.
