Oven Fried Potatoes

Potatoes, medium, peeled or

Unpeeled

Margarine, low-cal, melted

Oil, olive

Paprika
Method:
Halve potatoes lengthwise and slice into 1/2-inch thick strips.
Put margarine and olive oil in bowl; add potatoes, tossing to coat well.
Arrange potato strips in single layer on non-stick baking sheet.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in preheated 450 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes.
