Orange Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Extra virgin olive oil

Grated orange peel

Dried sage

Ground pepper

Garlic powder

Red potatoes; cut in wedges
Method:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix the first 5 ingredients, add potatoes and toss.
Transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake until crisp and brown, turning once, about 40 minutes.
