Mushrooms A La Daum

Sliced mushrooms
Bottoms
Toast or prepared artichoke
1/4
c
Brown sauce
1/2
c
Butter
Salt and pepper
And/or tongue
1
c
Julienned danish ham
1
c
Minced onions
Fresh parsley
Method:
This recipe requires brown sauce.
1.
In mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, onions, ham and/or tongue and seasonings.
2.
Melt butter in skillet and saute the mushroom mixture over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms and onions are soft.
Stirring in the Brown Sauce, heat for one more minute.
3.
Serve over toast or prepared artichoke bottoms.
Garnish with parsley.
