Lemon Parsleyed Potatoes

Potato; tiny new or medium

Parsley

Lemon juice
Method:
Scrub potatoes.
and cook until tender; drain.
Place in serving bowl, keep warm.
Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat.
