Marinated sun-dried
Tomatoes, drained

Olive or vegetable oil

Packed fresh basil leaves

Method:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Cover and blend on high speed, or process, until smooth.
Try with hot or cold meats and poultry.
ABOUT 1 CUP SAUCE; 80 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON.
