Ham & Potato Cheddar Chowder

Milk

(13.75-oz) chicken broth

Potatoes peeled diced

Margarine

Ham diced
1/2

Chopped red/green pepper
Parsley
Method:
Saute first 3 ingredients in margarine in saucepan.
Add potatoes and broth.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
COver; simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in milk, cheese snack, and pepper/ Cook over low heat until cheese snack is melted and chowder is hot, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with parsley.
