Granny's Country Chili

Dried blackeyed peas

lb
Sausage

cn
Tomatoes

Water

tb
Black pepper

tb
Garlic salt

tb
Chili powder
Method:
Cover the blackeyed peas in water and soak overnight.
Drain peas.
Saute sausage meat until done.
Add tomatoes, water, spices.
Simmer one hour.
