Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Onions; chopped

Cream of celery soup

Cream cheese; cut into cubes

Ore Ida Hash Browns,
-to 4 cups (can also use
-Potatoes O'Brien)

Cheddar cheese; shredded
Method:
Preheat oven to 400.
Grease a 1 qt casserole dish.
In saucepan, over medium heat, cook onion in 1 T margarine until tender.
Stir in soup and cream cheese cubes; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot.
In casserole, alternatively layer frozen potatoes and hot cream sauce ending with a sauce layer.
Cover and bake 45 minutes or until sauce in bubbly and potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
