Fresh mushrooms, cleaned

Milk

Slices bread, toasted
Paprika
Method:
Melt butter in a heavy skillet over low heat.
Add flour; cover and cook 5 minutes.
Gradually add milk, srirring occasionally, until thickened and bubbly.
Spoon mixture over toast; sprinkle with paprika.
