1 Ripe papaya (about 1 pound),
Coconut milk
1 cn (14 ounces) unsweetened
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Water
Grain rice

Cover and simmer 19 minutes (do not lift cover or stir); remove from heat.

Mash half of the papaya.
Stir mashed papaya and chopped papaya into rice.
Heat until mixture is hot, stirring occasionally.
