Chef's Salad

Ingredients:


1/2 c Julienne strips cooked meat
2 Hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Bottled dressing
1/4 c Classic french dressing or
1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
(about 1/2 cup)
1 md Stalk celery, sliced
Bite-size pieces
1 sm Bunch romaine, torn into
Bite-size pieces
1 md Head lettuce, torn into
(about 1/2 cup)
4 Green onions (with tops), ch
1/2 c Julienne strips swiss cheese
Or turkey
1/2 c Julienne strips cooked chick
(beef, smoked ham or tongue
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges

Method:


Reserve a few strips of meat, chicken and cheese.
Mix remaining meat, chicken and cheese, the onions, lettuce, romaine and celery.
Mix mayonnaise and French Dressing.
Pour over lettuce mixture and toss.
Top wit meat, chicken and cheese strips, the eggs and tomatoes.
5 SERVINGS; 380 CALORIES PER SERVING.
