2 tb Margarine or butter
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 c Flaked coconut, toasted

Method:


Prepare and cook carrot slices as directed.
Mix carrots, margarine, salt and nutmeg.
Sprinkle with coconut.
