Cabbage In Dutch Style

Cabbage (boiled)

Salt

Butter
Ds Pepper
Ds Paprika

Worcestershire Sauce

Mashed Potatoes

Bacon (crisp)
Method:
Chop the cabbage and place in frying pan with the butter, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir until heated through.
Add the potato and mix well.
Press into a greased mold and steam for 1/2 hour.
turn out on a hot platter and surround with tomatoes sauce.
Garnish with the bacon.
