Broccoli Parmesan Fettuccine

Broccoli flowerets

Fettuccine, uncooked

Butter or margarine

Package Canadian bacon, cut

In thin strips

Whipping cream

Parmesan cheese, grated

Pepper
Method:
Cook broccoli in boiling water to cover 3 minutes; drain broccoli, and plunge in ice water.
Drain and set aside.
Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and place in large bowl.
Set aside Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add Canadian bacon, and cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes.
Stir in broccoli, and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
Add broccoli mixture, whipping cream, and remaining ingredients to fettuccine; toss gently.
Serve immediately.
