Wayne's Scallops

Fresh mushrooms

Scallops, large

White wine

Milk
Method:
Recipe by: from Partners in the Kitchen Heat oil in large skillet.
Saute garlic, green pepper and green onions until tender.
Add snow peas and mushrooms.
Saute until tender-crisp.
Add scallops.
Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add wine.
cook for 1 minute, stirring often.
Stir in milk.
cook until heated through.
Serve over hot cooked linguine.
