Seafood Quiche

Ingredients:


1 pk For 9-inch one-crust pie
1/8 ts Ground red pepper
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Whipping (heavy) cream
4 Eggs
1/3 c Finely chopped green onion
(4 ounces)
1 c Shredded natural swiss chees
Seafood sticks, salmon
1 c Chopped crabmeat, shrimp,
(cayenne)

Method:


Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare pastry.
Ease into quiche dish, 9 X 1-1/2 inches, or pie plate, 9 X 1-1/4 inches.
Sprinkle seafood, cheese and onion in pastry-lined quiche dish.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour into quiche dish.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.
Bake about 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
6 SERVINGS; 575 CALORIES PER SERVING.
