Gingered Tuna Steaks

Dry sherry

Soy sauce

Grated gingerroot

Albacore tuna or other
Fatty fish steaks, about 1
Thick (about 2 pounds)
Method:
Mix margarine, sherry, soy sauce and gingerroot.
Set oven control to broil.
Brush fish steaks with half of the margarine mixture.
Broil fish with tops about 4 inches from heat 9 minutes.
Turn fish carefully and brush with remaining margarine mixture.
Broil about 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
6 SERVINGS; 265 CALORIES PER SERVING.
To Microwave: Place fish steaks in rectangular microwavable dish, 12 X 7-1/2 X 2 inches.
Pour margarine mixture over fish.
Cover tightly and microwave on high 9 to 11 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
Let stand covered 3 minutes.
