Fish Patties With Tomato Salsa

Serves:

Ingredients:


1 Pound fish, cooked and
1 tb Vegetable oil
2 Eggs, beaten
2 sl Bread, torn into crumbs
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dried marjoram leaves
1 ts Chopped fresh or
2 tb Lemon juice
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
Flaked (about 3 cups)
Fresh tomato salsa

Method:


Mix all ingredients except oil and Fresh Tomato Salsa.
Shape mixture into 8 patties.
Cook patties in oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 8 minutes, turning patties once, until golden brown.
Serve with Fresh Tomato Salsa.
4 SERVINGS (2 PATTIES EACH); 315 CALORIES PER SERVING.
