Broiled Fish Student Style
Serves:
Ingredients:
1-2 fish fillets or steaks
spices
(basil, dill, oregano, tarragon, paprika
lemon
slices (optional)
butter
(optional)
Method:
Select either fresh fish filets or fish steaks.
Just wash and clean fish and place on a broiling pan with aluminum foil.
Spice fish (suggestions are given below) and broil about 6 inches from the heat for about 5 min each side (test occasionally for firmness with a fork).
Serve with butter and lemon wedges.
Suggestions: snapper, cod, sole, sturgeon, salmon, halibut.
