Secret Dry Rub

Paprika

Ground black pepper

Chili powder

Brown sugar

White Sugar *

Cumin *

Crushed red peppers *

Salt *
Method:
* Adjust White sugar, cumin, crushed red peppers and salt to taste.
Combine all ingredients in air tight container.
Seal container and shake to break up lumps.
Store in air tight container.
Will coat 5-7 slabs of ribs or 5 briskets Suggested Use: Use on meats to be smoked.
Massage rub onto all sides of meat.
You need not bury the meat, just apply an even coat.
Warning: Dry rub is not FROSTING, it is a seasoning, and it is HOT! After applying rub, store meat in fridge overnight to allow for maximum penetration of seasoning.
