Sauce Florentine

Ingredients:

16 oz Sour cream
1 c Fresh spinach leaves,
Washed and finely chopped
2 tb Fresh chopped parsley
3 Scallions, finely chopped
1/4 c Calvert's cedar street
Bumpy beer mustard

Method:

Combine all ingredients and serve with your favorite dipping foods or on top of grilled or baked fish.
