Quickie Hollandaise Sauce

Butter or margarine

Salt

Lemon juice

Egg yolks
Method:
In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly.
Add slowly to egg yolks, beating constantly.
Makes 3/4 cup.
