Butter; softened

Parsley; chopped

Lemon juice
Method:
Cream butter in small mixing bowl.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve at room temperature with baked or broiled fish.
Yield about 1/2 cup.
