(8-oz) package herb-seasoned
-stuffing

Poultry seasoning

Butter flavoring

Rubbed sage

Vegetable cooking spray
Method:
Cook zucchini, onion, and celery in 1 cup boiling water 15 minutes; drain well.
Mash.
Add chicken broth, eggs, stuffing mix, poultry seasoning, flavoring, sage, and pepper; stir well.
Spoon mixture into a shallow 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 25 minutes or until heated.
Yield: 8 servings.
