Rum

Bottle of Rose wine
Method:
Peel long, thin rinds from the fruit.
Squeeze the juice from all fruits and strain into a saucepan.
Add the water and sugar and stir well.
Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes, until syrup is reduced by half.
Cool thoroughly and then pour into a punch bowl.
Add the wine, rum and fruit rinds.
Stir well and serve.
