Choux Pastry Ring With Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:

Butter

Cocoa

Milk

Egg yolk
Few drops vanilla

Confectioners sugar
Method:
chocolate sauce: Make a choux pastry with water, butter, flour and egg.
Shape into a 6-1/2 inch ring, 1/4-inch thick.
Bake.
Cool.
Using a sharp knife, slice off top of ring.
Fill ring with whipped cream, replace top, cover with chocolate sauce.
