Chocolate Mint Sauce
Ingredients:

Junior Mints (two 3.oz.
-packages)
1
tb
Butter or margarine
2
tb
Milk
Method:
1.
In microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients.
Cook at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is hot.
Stir until sauce is smooth.
OR, combine ingredients in small saucepan and stir over low heat until smooth.

Serve warm as a sauce for ice cream, banana splits and sundaes or on cake slices with fruit.
Makes about 2/3 cup.
Note: Recipe may be doubled; increase microwave time to 2-1/2 minutes
