Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:


2 Egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1/4 c Margarine or butter
1/2 c Water
1 ts Vanilla

Method:


Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Serve warm or cold.
Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
ABOUT 1-1/2 CUPS SAUCE; 65 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON.
