Caramel Sauce

Egg yolks, beaten

Packed brown sugar

Granulated sugar

Margarine or butter

Water

Vanilla
Method:
Heat all ingredients to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Serve warm or cold.
Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
