White wine or white vinegar

Berries, crushed
Method:
Store in cool, dry place for ten days.
Shake vinegar and berries in tightly covered glass jar or bottle.
Store in cool, dry place 10 days.
Strain vinegar.
Place a few berries in jar to identify, if desired.
2 CUPS VINEGAR; 6 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON.
