Apricot Spread
Ingredients:

Apricot puree
1

Certo
1
c
Frozen unsweetened
-pineapple-orange
-concentrate, thawed
8
oz
Crushed pineapple, drained
Method:
Cook fruit puree and bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes.
Add juice concentrate and crushed pineapple; bring mixture to a full rolling boil.
Add certo and cook 1 minute longer.
Freeze extra apricot spread for later use.
