Tomato & Avocado Pinwheel Salad

Tomatoes, cut into wedges

Avocadoes, peeled & pitted,
-- cut into thin wedges

Lime juice

Balsamic vinegar

Garlic clove, minced

Onion, grated

Sweetener
1/4

Olive oil
Method:
Sprinkle tomato & avocado wedges with lime juice.
On a serving platter, arrange laternate slices of tomato & aovcado in a pinwheel fashion.
VINAIGRETTE: Whisk together vinegar, garlic, salt, onion & sweetener.
Gradually pour in the oil & whisk to blend.
Pour this vinaigrette over the wedges.
Serve.
