Spiced Cranberry Orange Mold

Boiling water

Fresh cranberries, chopped

Packet sugar substitute

Cold water

Lemon juice

Ground cinnamon

Orange, sectioned diced
Method:
Dissolve sugar free gelatin completly in boiling eater in large bowl.
Stir in chopped fresh cranberries mixed with 1 package sugar substitute, cold water, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
Stir in orange.
Spoon into 5-cup mold.
Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold; garnish as desired.
