Radish And Orange Salad

Ingredients:

Radishes; trimmed
2
tb
Sugar or sugar sub:
2
tb
Lemon juice;
1
tb
Orange flower water;?
Salt;
2
Navel oranges;
Method:
Shred radishes in a food processor or "grate" with a blender.
Allow excess liquid to drain of and add salt to taste.
Chill.
Peel and slice oranges.
Just before serving.
Arrange all together and dust with cinnamon.
