Mixed Fruit Salad

Apples;chopped

Bananas;sliced

Pineapple chunks;unsweetened
--drained
1/2
c
Raisins
1/2
c
Celery;chopped
1/3
c
Mayo;reduced calories
1
tb
Lemon juice

Lettuce leaves;optional
Method:
Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves.
Toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours.
Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
Yield: 16 - 1/4 cup servings.
Each serving may be exchanged for 1 Fruit.
