Hot dry mustard

Red wine vinegar

Peanut oil
Method:
Combine salt, black pepper, white pepper and mustards and mix well.
Add vinegar and wine and beat until smooth.
Gradually add oil and beat until dressing coats metal spoon.
Serve with cold vegetables or salad greens.
Makes 1 cup
