Don's Piquant Salad Dressing

Olive oil

Cider vinegar

Basil vinegar

Black pepper fresh ground

Romano cheese, grated

Garlic clove minced

Chopped chives

Plain yogurt

Tabasco sauce
Method:
Mix all ingredients together.
Chill for 1-3 hours.
Shake well before pouring over salad.
