Donna's Chicken Salad

Shredded cabbage

Shredded carrots

Cooked, chopped chicken
breast

Sliced radish

Plain yogurt
1/4
c
Skim milk

ts
Dijon mustard
1/4
ts
Crushed thyme
Method:
In a medium bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, chicken and radish.
In glass measuring cup blend yogurt, skim milk, mustard and thyme.
Pour dressing over salad mixture; mix well.
Chill.
To serve: place salad on bed of salad greens (or serve spooned into pita pocket halves).
Sprinkle cheese atop salad mixture, if desired.
