Method:
CUT CABBAGE INTO QUARTERS.
CUT OUT CORE.
SLICE CABBAGE INTO LONG,THIN SLICES.
MIX MAYONNAISE,SOUR CREAM,VINEGAR,SUGAR,CELERY SEED,SALT AND PEPPER IN A LARGE BOWL.
ADD SHREDDED CABBAGE And toss LIGHTLY.
MAKES THREE QUARTS.
