Tomato Pachadi Method 2
Ingredients:
1 tomato, chopped
2 cups yogurt
a few curry leaves
¼ tsp mustard
a small pinch hing
2 to 3 green chillies
1½ tsp cooking oil
a small bunch cilantro, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
Method:
Fry mustard, hing, curry leaves, green chillies, and tomato in oil for 5 to
10 minutes.
Put salt, green chillies and mix this with yogurt.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
