Rasam Powder

Ingredients:



¼ cup red chillies
1 cup coriander seeds
¼ toovar dal
½ tsp methi
¼ pepper
¼ cup cumin seeds
½ tsp mustard
12 haldi


Method:



Dry roast every ingredient except cumin seeds and haldi until the flavour comes
out.
Fry methi until it turns dark brown. Grind the above with cumin seeds, and haldi
coarsely.
